Rock Steady Boxing classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson’s, can lessen their symptoms, reduce pain, and lead a healthier and happier life. Classes are fun and where friendships are formed.

Boxing Training and Other Activities, Too

Our 90-minute, high-intensity classes are designed to get your heart rate up to knock Parkinson’s down. Activities include:

  • Punching drills
  • Focus mitts
  • Core training
  • Strength training
  • Voice projection games
  • Ball toss
  • Balloon battles
  • Mindful breathing
  • Balance activities
  • Jogging
  • Stretching

No Experience Needed

All of our coaches are committed to your success. No experience? No problem! No one starts our program with experience in boxing. Our coaches will quickly get you up-to-speed. We always have fighters at every level.

In-Home Training

If you cannot come to us, we will go to you! We provide personalized training to meet the specialized needs of our fighters. Situations may include:

  • wanting to ease into exercise after surgery or an injury
  • home bound
  • anxious about beginning boxing classes and want a jump start
  • working and cannot attend classes
